Annemarie has a true passion for real estate, she has traveled and lived all over the world with the numerous opportunities being a military spouse has offered. Passing from state to state and overseas has given her firsthand experience in the VA Mortgage Loan Process. Working for over 5 years as a civilian for the Air Force and Army has strengthened her with extensive knowledge of the specific requirements associated with each branch. Previous positions in Home Insurance and Title Companies have provided an additional wealth of knowledge. A strong work ethic and sense of urgency set her apart from others as a dedicated, hardworking employee, she goes above and beyond to exceed expectations every time. Annemarie loves to travel and experience new cultures, living abroad in Germany will forever be the experience she will never forget and hopes to visit often. She will always be a Southern California girl at heart but, embraces all the beauty and charm of Destin and the surrounding areas!
